Password reset by email is wired into the architecture but requires SMTP configuration. Until that's set up, ask a Super Admin or Company Admin to issue you a new invitation link, which lets you set a fresh password.
(The reset-token flow and email delivery are the next build phase — no emails are silently sent in this phase.)
